Are your officers SIA licensed?
Yes. Every officer we deploy holds the correct Security Industry Authority front line licence for the role, such as Door Supervisor, Security Guard or CCTV (Public Space Surveillance). You can check any licence on the SIA public register, and we are happy to share licence details before a shift starts.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Manchester and cover the North West, including Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside and Cheshire. For sites further away, ask us.
Are you available out of hours?
Yes. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for enquiries, short-notice cover and ongoing contracts.
What happens at a free security consultation?
We talk through your site, risks and budget, by phone or with a site visit. You then receive a clear proposal setting out the number of officers, hours, duties and price.
How much does security cost?
Most work is priced per officer per hour. The rate depends on the type of licence needed, the hours and days, and how long the contract runs. Ask for a consultation and we will give you a fixed proposal.
Can you provide cover at short notice?
Often, yes. Call us on 07591 280644 and tell us the site, dates and number of officers you need, and we will confirm what we can provide.
How do I know what happened on shift?
Our officers keep a log of every shift and report incidents to you promptly. Patrol visits are reported after each visit.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes. Please give at least 48 hours notice. Shifts cancelled with less notice may be charged, as set out in our terms and conditions.
